This fully renovated apartment is 700sqft (66sqm) net size of pure design and comfort that will make your stay in Hong Kong a trip of a lifetime ^^
2 spacious and cosy bedrooms, 3 seat sofa, 55-inch TV, 100sqft Italian bathroom, you basically have access to everything during your stay.
Of course, my apartment will be ALL YOURS, you won't share it with anybody else.
There are 3 wall mounted air conditioning units, and all the windows are new The bathroom is renovated in Italian style, with stone walls, two twin sinks and a large mirror.
The main door has an electronic locker that can only be opened with a unique code that will be privately sent to you when you arrive. The code is only valid during your stay, so nobody else can use it.
There are also doormen in the building, plus 4 lift to access to my floor..

Neighborhood overviewI love my district as it is in the heart of TSIM SHA TSUI.
There are 3 MTR (subway) exits around my building, literally less than 1min walk.
It is the most convenient as it is on Nathan Road, the famous and large street full of malls, fancy shops qnd tasty restaurants.
- you can easily go to shopping malls such as K11 (2min walk) or The One (5min walk).
- the Avenue of Stars is 7min walk.
- many restaurants and street food all around!
- KNUTSFORD TERRACE is just 5min by walk! Here you can enjoy many bars, exotic restaurants, clubs, pools..

Getting aroundTransportation is cheap and easy in Hong Kong.
Nathan Road, one of the most famous streets in Hong kong, is just in front of my apartment, with thousands of restaurants, shopping malls, I really LOVE it.
It only takes 40mins if you take a bus from the airport, the airport express or a taxi!
